I learned from the ‘Confidence building’  workshop that the best way to be confident is to change the inner thoughts that I have and use positive affirmations instead. My positive affirmations are as follows: 

  • I am enough
  • The best chapter of my life is about to start
  • I believe I can do anything I set my mind to

I am going to say these three affirmations every day when I wake up and before I go to bed. I also enjoyed writing my ‘brag’ letter. It was good to remember everything I have achieved in my life.
