Part of my journey has been realizing that time spent with family and friends over a great meal is time that resets my head and heart.  As a family, we try to meet together once a month at a great restaurant and enjoy an adventurous meal of Dim Sum delights.  We explore new dishes, have interesting conversations and enjoy hearing about each others exploits over the past month.  I leave these meals feeling full as well as the joy that connections with family brings me.  The Physical, Psychological, Emotional, Spiritual and Personal components of the Self-Care wheel are all addressed in our meals together.
