Your Self-Confidence Letter

A self-confidence letter is a letter written to yourself with the intention to express encouragement and appreciation. So much of the time, we give our attention to supporting and praising others. We reassure them when they’re in need and rally around to provide words of comfort and support. But when do we do this for ourselves? Why wouldn’t we?

Write your very own self-confidence letter, filled with kindness, love and encouragement. Write about how special you are, what makes you unique. Write about those things that you have achieved, no matter how big or how small you might think they are. They are all worthy!

Write about what you enjoy spending time doing and about when you can next do them (written in an encouraging and positive way). Write about all those qualities in you, all those special things you do, that people don’t always notice. Also write about the qualities and traits that people love about you, appreciate in you and have said about you.

Write what you celebrate about yourself.

Date it, sign it, keep it close by, refer to it and read it frequently.
