Experience Counts offers so many workshops that are beneficial not to just us “Experienced” folks but to all job seekers.  Along with these learning sessions, there is time for some great discussion amongst ourselves.  The time to talk about real job search challenges with other people in the same situation is very valuable.  An opportunity like this does not present itself very often, you can walk away with new friends, new connections, and the reassurance that you are on the right track for your job search.
