As we went through the four basic dichotomies of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator I started to understand a little bit more about myself as far as how I react or deal with different scenarios in work and in my private life. Introvert/Extrovert, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, Judging/Perceiving – No one personality type is right or wrong and we can have both, one is just more comfortable.  For example, I consider myself an introvert, however, if I feel the situation requires it I can push myself into being extroverted, not easily, but I can do it.  I began to realize that learning about the different personality types and how I fit into them would help me when relating to other people. If we take the time to try to understand someone’s personality, we can begin to understand their perspective in different situations.
